This Refund Policy explains when and how refunds may be issued for purchases made through YohoTicket.

All ticket sales are final. Refunds are typically not provided except in the limited circumstances described below or where required by applicable law.
2. Event Cancellation
If an event is canceled and not rescheduled, you may be eligible for a refund of the ticket price. Service fees and ancillary charges may be non-refundable unless mandated by law.
3. Event Rescheduling
For rescheduled events, your original ticket remains valid for the new date. Refunds for rescheduling are determined by the event organizer’s policy and applicable regulations.
4. Incorrect Charges
If you believe you were charged in error, contact us promptly. Verified billing errors will be corrected and, if applicable, refunded to the original payment method.
5. Transfers and Substitutions
Where permitted, ticket transfers or name changes may be available as an alternative to refunds. Availability and fees depend on organizer rules.
6. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund under an eligible circumstance, email kals.future@gmail.com with your order ID, event name, and reason for the request. We may ask for additional information to verify eligibility.
7. Processing Time
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method. Processing times vary by payment provider and typically range from 5–10 business days after approval.
